THE DROPSHIPPING PROCESS
Our partners utilize Mirakl to integrate products on DOUGLAS. Customers place orders for partner products via DOUGLAS and those orders and customer service are processed by DOUGLAS. Simultaneously, order and shipment data are transmitted via Mirakl to the partner, who handles shipping and returns. At the end Payment is remitted to the partner via bank transfer.
